FAQ

Got questions?

Is mytai free?

Yes — mytai is completely free during early access. We plan to move to a paid model after launch, but early adopters will always get the best deal.

What exercises are supported?

We support a growing list of exercises across boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, and gym movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench press. New exercises are being added frequently.

How does the AI work?

mytai uses on-device pose estimation to track your joint positions frame by frame. It then analyses angles, timing, and posture against biomechanical benchmarks to give you per-rep coaching cues — analysis happens without sending video to a server.

Do I need any equipment?

Just your phone. No wearables, sensors, or gym cameras required. Prop your phone up, hit record, and train as normal.

When does it launch?

We don't have a firm date yet — likely within the next few months. Join the early access list to be the first to know and get priority access.

Is my data private?

Yes — AI form analysis runs on your device by default and never requires uploading video. If you opt in to help improve our AI, videos you record are uploaded securely; you can turn this off anytime in Settings. Read our full privacy policy for details.

Can coaches use it?

Absolutely. Coaches can use mytai with their athletes to provide objective, data-driven feedback on technique alongside their own expertise.

What devices are supported?

mytai is currently in closed beta, coming soon to iOS and Android.
