Yes — mytai is completely free during early access. We plan to move to a paid model after launch, but early adopters will always get the best deal.
We support a growing list of exercises across boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, and gym movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench press. New exercises are being added frequently.
mytai uses on-device pose estimation to track your joint positions frame by frame. It then analyses angles, timing, and posture against biomechanical benchmarks to give you per-rep coaching cues — analysis happens without sending video to a server.

Yes — AI form analysis runs on your device by default and never requires uploading video. If you opt in to help improve our AI, videos you record are uploaded securely; you can turn this off anytime in Settings. Read our full privacy policy for details.
