These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mytai mobile application ("the App") and website ("the Service").

By downloading, installing, or using mytai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

mytai is an AI-powered mobile application for martial arts and combat sports form analysis.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You must register an account to use mytai.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The App, including its AI models, algorithms, design, branding, and source code, is owned by mytai and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including exercise videos and workout logs.

By uploading exercise videos (when you have opted in), you grant mytai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use those videos solely for the purpose of improving our AI models and service quality.

You may revoke this licence at any time by disabling video upload consent in the App settings. Upon revocation, we will cease using your previously uploaded videos for AI training, though they may remain in existing model training data.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

mytai is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, physiotherapy, or certified sports coaching.

The AI analysis provides informational feedback only. It does not diagnose injuries, prescribe treatment, or replace qualified instruction.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme.

You use the App's coaching suggestions entirely at your own risk.

We strongly recommend warming up properly and training within your physical capabilities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI analysis, form scores, or coaching cues.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mytai's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or GBP 50, whichever is greater.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mytai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the App settings.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mytai regarding the use of the App.
